Downtown Riverside

now offering more options

Unfortunately downtown Riverside is still not fully open but many businesses are open to some extent. Most shops are offering limited indoor shopping as well as online ordering and pick-up. Certain restaurants are also offering outdoor dining. All customers and patrons are asked to wear face coverings and observe social distancing both in and outside of establishments.

Personal care establishments are also open. You can get a shave and a haircut at The Boardwalk Barbershop, Groom Barber Lounge, and Electric Barbershop. Jon Michael Salon, Don Carlos Hair Design, and Cold Cutz are on Main Street in the heart of downtown all offer full service styling. Feel like a mani-pedi? Try Flawless Nails on Market Street. In all, downtown Riverside offers almost 20 personal care establishments.

New Dining

Two new dining establishments have also opened. Downtown Experiment is located on University and Orange and features design elements like wrap-around patio seating, roll-up steel, glass doors, and living-green walls. Hotz Kitchen | Cocktails on Mission Inn Avenue near Main features a kickin’ menu and grill experience, and an extensive bar menu of specialty cocktails, beer favorites and wine. Looking for something to do on Sundays? Come down for brunch at Heroes, Palenque, The Lobby, or Fire Up Grill.

Once they can reopen fully, they'll be waiting for your visit with all Downtown has to offer.
